Accountability in Fitness is Key

Nielsen Fitness helped me define my goals and identify a way to reach them.

I have my fitness routines: I take pilates class st SAOR Studio three times a week (This is also my happy place) and am a big time Peloton fan. In fact, some of my very best friends are Peloton instructors. The only catch is, they don’t know that they’re my best friends. But you get to a point where a variety of movement is not only effective, it can also be new and exciting.

I discovered Nielsen Fitness a few months ago, a virtual personal training program.

What I liked about working with Nielsen Fitness was the time that they took to get to know me and understand my goals, not only physically but mentally. They understand that health is multi-faceted and holistic.

My personal trainer, Liz, met with me virtually every week. She created an hour long workout that challenged me, targeted areas I wanted to build, and grew on current strengths. She was funny, encouraging and insightful. I genuinely enjoyed my time with her and it always ended too quickly.

At the end of every session, Liz sent me a report of all the exercises we did, the weight I used, the number of reps and how I could incorporate this work into my current fitness routine.

It inspired me to keep going and I look forward to revisiting these work out on the journey to fit back into my jeans.
