Cinco de Mayo was all about palomas and twists on margaritas- Yum!
These delicious drinks got me thinking about the many tequila and mezcal cocktails out there. Here is a personal favourite from The NoMad Bar in New York City:
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ ounce Zwack
½ ounce Grand Mariner
¾ ounce Moscatel Sherry
1 ounce Sombra Mezcal
Stir all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a chilled Coupe glass.
Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
